Thai Yoga Massage ~a unique and powerful branch of yoga therapy. Thai Yoga Massage is a very intense, yet relaxing, massage that is done fully clothed and is practiced on a firm mat on the floor instead of a table. The purpose of this massage is to act as an external stimulant to produce specific internal results, which in turn stimulate the flow of energies within the body, clearing any energy blockages and bringing the body, mind, and spirit back into a state of balance. Thai Yoga Massage has been used to treat conditions such as: back pain, digestive issues, migraines, menstrual problems, and stress-related conditions.

Private Yoga Instruction ~for those who wish to have special individualized instruction. Yoga is an entirely personalized practice and it is sometimes effective for the student to participate in a one-on-one session. A specialized series of yoga postures, or an asana series, is developed for the student with special considerations for age, health issues, injury, and level of practice. Classes can be either 60 or 90 minutes.

Swedish Massage ~ relax, detox, and stimulate. Aside from general relaxation, Swedish Massage serves to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It involves specific techniques designed to relax muscles by applying continuously deeper pressure and always massaging in the same direction as the natural flow of blood.

Reiki ~universal life force energy The belief behind Reiki is that physical manifestations of pain are often related to mental, emotional, and spiritual stresses. The practitioner uses their own hands to channel energy from the universe to the client's body in an effort to promote balance and healing. Reiki is an excellent tool for aligning the chakras.
Polarity ~attraction, repulsion, and neutrality Polarity is based on the universal principals of energy: attraction, repulsion, and neutrality. With polarity, it is believed that positive and negative pulls exist in each and every cell, and therefore, the practitioner uses gentle touch to balance the positive and negative energies.
Meditation ~awareness Private or group meditation classes are available to help the student to learn more about meditation and pranayama (breath control). On-site Chair Massage ~the quick fix This service is a fully-clothed, seated massage and is especially successful in the office / corporate setting or at special events.
