The wellness bowl is a tool that will help you to create your best life ever!
Your beliefs that you hold to be true, create your reality and if you want to change your
reality then you will need to change what you believe about yourself and how you speak to
yourself. It’s as simple as this, if you are stuck in negative thoughts and if you partake in
negative self-talk, then that is what you will attract to your life. Continuing with negative
thoughts and words will guarantee failure. You need to choose kind and uplifting words
because your body does hear every word that you say, even the ones that you don’t say
out loud. When we finally release negative self talk and negative thoughts we create a
space for a positive self-image to manifest and we start to view ourselves in a brighter,
more positive light.

I like to compare these bowls to what we commonly know as advent calendars, however,
instead of counting down the days until Christmas you are instead counting down the days
until a stronger, more confident, radiant, energetic you emerges.

These artistic bowls come with over 30 days worth of Positive Affirmations. You can
choose from one of the designs above or you can have a bowl designed to suit your own
tastes. They are retailing at a special introductory price of $25 with the option to purchase
additional refill cards for $10 per set.

The Valentine Mini's are available at a reduced price of $17. They are smaller and therefore have slightly
fewer cards. They come in several different styles, however quantities are limited.

I have also created a special edition of Children's Wellness Bowls, specifically
designed with the child and teen in mind.
They have lighter affirmations that will pertain to their young lives.
